If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour, we will happily send you the new item for free (if you would like to include tracking and insurance on your exchange you can add it here). Please note that only one free exchange applies per item per sale (you can exchange or return each item in your order once) so it's important to know your size.
We do not accept returns for Sale items (items on sale for 25% or more), which are final sale. The reason for this is because the cost of remailing items as well as the staffing cost to process returns and exchanges would create a loss and we have to stay profitable in order to stay in business to bring you lovely bras! Please ensure that you have your accurate measurement before purchasing.
Health and safety policies in Canada prohibit the refund or exchange of underwear (panties, thongs, briefs etc) for hygiene reasons. Any underwear returned to us will not be refunded and customers will need to arrange payment to have the item/s returned to them.
Bra Accessories are final sale (includes Soak Wash, Extenders, Laundry Bags, Bra Liners etc)
We do not accept returns or exchanges on tights as this item cannot be repackaged once it's opened.
Returning your items for Refund or Exchange
We want you to shop with total confidence at Butterfly Collection. Our policy allows you to return or exchange eligible products within 28 days of the ship date.
We will refund items that are returned in their original condition, unwashed, and with ALL original tags and packaging.
Simply package up your items and write on the instruction sheet you received with your goods whether you want a refund or exchange (which size you want if it's an exchange) then send to:

Please return all items in package envelopes (no boxes). When returning items from the US please use US Postal Service and not a courier. Please mark your package as RETURN. If you requested an exchange your new size will be mailed out to you once we have processed your bra (usually within 48 hours).
Getting your refund
When your item is returned to us it is checked for compliance with our return policy. If the item is in the correct condition we will authorize the refund of your original purchase price plus any applicable taxes (does not include refund of any paid postage tracking). Please allow 2 weeks from the date of receipt for your order to be refunded. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used to make the purchase. Most refunds appear within one billing cycle of your statements, but please allow two cycles during peak times.
Please note that the cost of shipping back your item to us will not be refunded.
