Using Coupons We regularly offer coupon codes for discounts on bras or categories, especially through our newsletter. Coupon codes must be entered in the coupon box at checkout and you will see the discount applied immediately. Only one coupon code may be used per transaction. Discounts for 25% or more make the sale final.
Free Shipping This option is available to all customers in Canada and the US on all orders that include a bra over $39. All packages are sent via Canada Post. Please see our shipping page for more details on delivery times, options and costs.
The Free Shipping option does not have a tracking option or insurance included so the customer accepts liability for damaged or undelivered items.
Tracking Option Tracking is available for orders in Canada and the US. Packages with tracking are sent via Canada Post. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched. This option also includes insurance so your items will be replaced or refunded if anything happens to them while in transit. This is a flat cost of $10 per order no matter how many items you purchase.
Courier Option This option ensures 1-2 business day delivery (for orders place before 3pm PST) with tracking and insurance. There is a charge for this service.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour please return the item for exchange within 28 days of the ship date. We will happily ship the exchange item for free (if you wish to add tracking and insurance to your exchange shipment please email firstname.lastname@example.org). Please note that only one free exchange applies per item per order (for every eligible item in that order) so it's important to know your size.
If you choose to have an exchange you will have a further 28 days from the date of shipment to return eligible items for a refund. Items returned after that date will receive a store credit.
We do not accept returns for sale items with a discount over 25%, which are final sale. Please ensure that you have your accurate measurement before purchasing.
Some special order items are also final sale (for example, Wacoal's Basic Beauty G and GG cups).
Health and safety policies in Canada prohibit the refund or exchange of underwear (panties, thongs, briefs, men's underwear etc) for hygiene reasons. Any underwear returned to us will not be refunded and customers will need to arrange payment to have the item/s returned to them.
Bra Accessories are final sale (includes Soak Wash, Extenders, Laundry Bags, Comfy Cups, Nipple Shields). Tights are also final sale.
We want you to shop with total confidence at Butterfly Collection. Our policy allows you to return or exchange eligible products within 28 days of the ship date.
We will refund eligaible items (no sale items) that are returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and with all original tags and packaging.
Please return all items in package envelopes (no boxes). When returning items from the US please use US Postal Service and not a courier. Please mark your package as RETURN.
Getting your refund
When your item is returned to us it is checked for compliance with our return policy. If the item is in the correct condition we will authorize the refund of your original purchase price plus any applicable taxes. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used to make the purchase. Most refunds appear within one billing cycle of your statements, but please allow two cycles during peak times.
Please note that the cost of shipping back your item will not be refunded.
Each week in our newsletter we offer a discount Feature Bra. Price adjustments are offered for purchases of the Feature Bra bought within the 5 days preceeding the newsletter date. Price adjustments are not offered on any other sales in the newsletter or otherwise.
Butterfly Collection takes your privacy and financial security very seriously. We use a secure server service from GeoTrust to ensure that your credit card details are processed with unrivalled security. We process your financial information using Beanstream, the sole credit card processing facility from TD Canada Trust.
We NEVER store credit card details which means you have to enter your payment information every time you buy, however, you have peace of mind that your most personal details are not accessible elsewhere.
Your personal information on your account (name, address, email and telephone) is stored on a secure server and never passed on to third parties. We may use your information to inform you of appropriate promotions and products if you sign up to receive such information.
Taxes in Manitoba and Quebec
Please note that customers in these provinces are only charged federal taxes on their Butterfly Collection purchases and are responsible for submitting their own provincial taxes each year.
